Start from approved work
Field ticket hours feed the timesheet, keeping job time connected to its source. Regular, overtime and double-time hours remain distinct.
Timesheets
Build the week from approved field tickets, account for paid time away from a billable job and export the hours your payroll team needs.

Field ticket hours feed the timesheet, keeping job time connected to its source. Regular, overtime and double-time hours remain distinct.
Add paid time that does not belong on a customer invoice. When the office edits ticket-derived hours, preserve the crew’s original submission so a difference can be explained.
Review the week, approve it and include it in a payroll batch. Download the hours as CSV and return to the same batch when payroll needs another copy.
Connected to the rest of the shop
Crew records hold the trade, qualifications and availability used by the rest of the shop. The field workspace gives crew a place to review and confirm their weekly hours.
The practical details
No. Cribyard prepares and exports approved hours. Your payroll system remains responsible for pay calculations, deductions, remittances and paying employees.
A week already included in payroll is protected from editing or reopening. The batch remains available to download again.
Your people. Your iron. Your way of working.
Walk through your crew, your rates and the handoffs that take too much time.
